Please join us at the 1st Annual SFHMF Silent Auction on November 5, 2011!
The Sarah Faith Hogan Memorial Foundation raises donations through personal and corporate donations, fundraisers and special events. We disburse one time gifts of $5000.00 to nominated and vetted families that have infants that were born with health deficiencies. The funds are used at the recipients discretion to help with extra costs they incur when having a child that faces challenges through their first part of life. It can often be a helpless and unbearable feeling to watch and care for your own child when they are severely ill. This foundation attempts to provide a small dent in the staggering financial burdens young families face through their infant's first months and years of life.
1ST ANNUAL SFHMF SILENT AUCTION
Date & Time: Saturday, November 5, 2011
5:30pm – Event Start (drinks and seating)
6:15pm – Dinner
7:15pm – Silent auction items set out.
9:00pm – Entertainment Hits the Stage.
10:30pm – Last silent auction items close.
Location: Riverstone Pub - 779 Northmount Dr. N.W (403) 509-1560
Cost: Tickets available for sale for $40.00. Includes Dinner, Entertainment and Door Prize.
EVENT INFORMATION
Entertainment:
Big Yellow Van - 9:00pm - 1:00am
Menu: Roast Beef Buffet Dinner including caesar salad, pasta salad, mixed vegetables, roasted potatoes, dinner rolls and all condiments( gravy, mustard, horse radish, etc)
Open Silent Auction: 5:30-10:30pm (closing items as the night goes on)
DRAWS
Riverstone Pub: Beer Fridge Fully Stocked.
Tickets – 1 for $10, 3 for $20
50/50 Draw: Tickets – 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 10 for $20
Door Prizes: Keep the tear off portion of your ticket.
Door Prize draws drawn after dinner.
